Our Christmas Break

We had a great Christmas. I had two weeks off so we can't complain. We made the most of it. We went to Boise for Christmas this year. We were there for 5 days and had a blast. We went for a couple four wheeler ride and sledding. Will loved the four wheelers and Hannah was a dare devil on the sleds. She wanted to go as high as possible.
We left Boise on Friday on bad roads. It took us awhile to get home. We were welcomed home with a foot of snow waiting for me to shovel. We were only home for 14 hours and then we left for Phoenix around 4:00 in the morning. Of course the kids didn't want to miss out on anything and didn't sleep hardly at all. We made good time and arrived at Uncle Bill and Aunt Carolee's around 2:30 in the afternoon. It was great to be with the Schlofman family. Gammy was there too.
The kids loved Phoenix. The weather was in the 60's and perfect. The kids were so excited to see grass again. Will just rolled and rolled around in it. Will found a new friend in Uncle Bill. They had a great time flying Helicopters and playing with remote control cars.
While we were there we visited Aunt Judy and Uncle Ron in Gilbert. It is always good to see the Cooks. Their kids are so nice and good to ours. We had a great visit.
We were in Phoenix for a week. Out ride home was a good adventure. We hit snow around Kanab and we had to plough the way through with the car. It was some "White Knuckle" experience. But our prayers were answered and we made it home safely.
We had a great Christmas break. It sure was hard getting back into the swing of things again. Oh by the way we also annouced that Michelle is pregnant and is due in July. Let's just say that Hannah is pretty excited.

I had to go clear to PHX to read my son's blog. His own Mom doesn't have the internet. Joe would be disappointed. It looks good guys.
